OVERVIEW

At SCHULZE, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the terms described below. This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws, Google Merchant Center requirements, Google Ads policies, and Shopify standards.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Customers may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. All tags, labels, and included accessories must be returned with the item. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required. SCHULZE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Products that have been used, damaged due to customer misuse, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for a refund. Items marked as final sale, if applicable, cannot be returned. Gift cards, if offered, are non-refundable.


RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, customers must contact us at schuzlerobin@gmail.com and include their order number along with the reason for the return. After review, return instructions and approval will be provided. Items must not be sent back without prior authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as SCHULZE is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue. After verification, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to the customer.


REFUNDS

Once a returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of their refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.


EXCHANGES

Exchanges are offered only for items that are defective or damaged. Customers requesting an exchange must contact schuzlerobin@gmail.com for further instructions.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled. Once shipped, the order must follow the standard return procedure.


SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are handled within 1 to 3 business days. Processing time may take between 2 to 4 business days depending on order volume and verification procedures. The total estimated delivery time is between 3 to 7 business days. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures, or public holidays.


EUROPEAN UNION RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers located within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. To exercise this right, customers must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. The goods must then be returned within 14 days after notification. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment.


FRAUD PREVENTION

SCHULZE reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected abuse of the return policy, fraudulent activity, or excessive return patterns that indicate misuse.
